International Business Development Principal

• 15+ years of business development and/or operational experience<br>• Must have an Interim Secret security clearance to be considered<br>• A high degree of flexibility and the ability to travel worldwide (approx. 8-10 trips international, 4-5 trips domestic per year) without restriction. Must be able to operate and thrive in a fast paced international environment. Must be self-motivated and able to operate with minimal guidance and succeed in a highly competitive arena.<br>• Superior knowledge of potential domestic and international customer base with demonstrated customer relations skills<br>• Ability to understand and interpret customers' needs and requirements and relate them back to programmatic processes<br>• Complete understanding of the International and U.S. domestic budgeting and acquisition processes and ability to relate those processes to shape our industry-based capture strategies<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to clearly articulate strategies at multiple levels of business and government<br>• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills<br>• Team Player – effective at organizing and motivating a diverse set of individuals in pursuit of common objectives<br>• Deal closer – highly effective at bringing tasks and projects to a successful and timely conclusionPosted 1 weeks ago
