Job Description
Vertiv is seeking an experienced and execution-focused HRIS Technical Project Manager with 6-10 years of enterprise delivery experience to lead global HR technology transformation initiatives. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle Fusion Cloud programs across the HCM Cloud landscape, ensuring seamless execution of design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
You will act as the key bridge between technical delivery teams, functional HR COEs, and global business leadership, ensuring that HRIS transformation programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards. The role requires strong expertise in managing Oracle Fusion HCM cloud implementations and integration-heavy environments involving multiple global HR modules and downstream systems.
