Summary of Job Functions:

• 
  Staff schedule will be 8:00am- 5:00pm
• 
  Staff will:
  • 
    Work directly with the Individuals throughout the day
    • 
      Working on ISP specific goals
    • 
      Encouraging Individual to participate in activities and/or ISP specific goals
  • 
    Assisting with medications daily
  • 
    Assisting with Personal Care for all individuals who are in need
    • 
      Lifting
    • 
      Changing
    • 
      Sanitizing personal care room
  • 
    Completing daily Progress Notes and Goal Tracking on THERAP
    • 
      Completing any Health and/or Therapy tracking when applicable
  • 
    Completing the shift duty checklist daily as assigned
  • 
    Attend all Stand up and Stand Down meetings, Therapy Trainings and DDSD state trainings when scheduled
