Highlighting discrepancies to stakeholders
reinitiating cases with additional documents
Adjudication Approvals from right authorities in case of various discrepancies
updating the stakeholders on the progress of check initiated
Providing reports with the updated status.
Background Verification
Managing documents verification & Joining Formalities.
Supporting candidates for on boarding process(TAZ updating and Joining Statutory forms) to close the on boarding on time.
Responsible for documents validation on TAZ
Looking after Background verification (BGV) process (Initiation to Completion Complete BVC cycle)
Account Background Verification (Initiation to Completion Complete BVC cycle)
Red & Amber Management
Panel Management
Coordinating in Internal and External Audit from BGV standpoint
Bulk BGV for existing associates.
Invoicing Process
Vendor Management
Stakeholder Management
On-boarding Process
Initiating & timely completion of joining formalities for new employee
Ensuring the release of all employment related contracts & letters
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics on policy & process
Plan and facilitate all engagement sessions to Engage & Energize with the new hires
Maintain HR systems with changes
People’s Manager i.e. managing the team & leading the onboarding process PAN India
To support the develop trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Any other duties that come under scope of HRSS
Coordinate with internal departments for any kind of support required for servicing the client successfully.
Employee Movement & Transfer process
Initiating deputation and repatriation process within said timeframe
Issuing letters of Deputation/Transfer
HRMS Updation and management
Clearance tracking and notifications
Personnel File & Document Management
Maintaining personnel file of employees
Updating Employee File Management Data
Employee Query Management
Reverts to various query raised by employee & Stakeholders
Query Management tracking report
Audit Management
Collating & verifying audit details
Front end audit responsibility
Timely submission of audit requirement
Transformation through Digitalization & automation
Qualifications & Experience:
Should hold an MBA in HR
+5-8 Yrs years of India HR Experience
Oral & written communication
Ability to express oneself
Interpersonal skills
