Job Summary:

In this role, you will provide clinical oversight, coordinate program operations, supervise staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure services are effective, compliant, and aligned with best practices. You will also support quality improvement efforts and foster strong relationships with community partners and referral sources.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide clinical oversight and leadership to ensure quality service delivery across the program
· Plan, organize, staff, and direct daily operations to support client care and program effectiveness
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with community partners and referral sources
· Conduct regular record reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards
· Facilitate clinical staffing meetings, case reviews, and diagnostic discussions
· Monitor service delivery to ensure clinical appropriateness, frequency, and effectiveness
· Review documentation including progress notes and treatment plans for accuracy and completeness
· Maintain required direct service hours including intakes, individual, family, and group therapy
· Support coordination of care and collaboration with internal teams and external providers
· Monitor program budget and service utilization while supporting fiscal planning and projections
· Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with licensing standards
· Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and performance management for team members
· Conduct performance reviews and maintain supervision documentation
· Ensure staff training, onboarding, and continued education requirements are met
· Respond to and support crisis intervention and ensure incident reporting compliance
· Oversee program quality improvement initiatives and participate in QM processes
· Address client and staff concerns, ensuring effective communication and resolution
· Support development and implementation of policies and procedures
· Promote a team‑based approach to service delivery and collaboration
· Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, or related field with at least three (3) years of behavioral health experience and one (1) year of supervisory experience

OR...

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least four (4) years of behavioral health experience and two (2) years of supervisory experience

AND...

· Must meet one of the following:
· Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) certification
· Licensed counselor, psychologist, or physician in Missouri
· Qualified mental health professional as defined by applicable state regulations

Additional Qualifications:
· Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and current auto insurance
· Strong leadership, supervisory, and team development skills
· Knowledge of clinical best practices in mental health and substance use treatment
· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams

Physical Requirements
· Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
· Ability to perform repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing and documentation
· Ability to sit for extended periods with occasional walking or standing
· Ability to meet the physical demands of a sedentary work environment
