
FC Topology Planning Manager, SC Topology and Inventory
Job Description
Key job responsibilities
1. Demand Forecast Management
Partner with internal stakeholders who own demand forecasts to ensure capacity planning receives accurate and timely forecast inputs (topline and inventory demand). Identify forecast-vs-actual gaps, provide network-level feedback, and drive alignment on Brazil-specific assumptions to improve forecast accuracy at the timing and granularity required for capacity decisions.
2. FC Capacity Build Planning
Develop and maintain the FC network Build Plan, defining capacity expansion timelines and site configurations. Evaluate trade-offs between new builds, expansions, and retrofits to recommend optimal solutions.
3. FC Launch Management
Lead planning and coordination of new FC launches. Define launch timelines, ramp curves, and volume allocation strategies. Track milestones and escalate risks to ensure on-time delivery.
4. Weekly Volume Flow Planning
Create By-FC weekly volume flow plans for annual and quarterly planning cycles. Translate network-level demand into site-level allocations considering capacity constraints, transportation costs, and service levels.

The Fulfillment Center (FC) Topology Planning Manager in Brazil Supply Chain is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of Brazil's fulfillment network topology, ensuring optimal capacity
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
