IT Specialist (Service & Delivery Technician III)

What you will be doing

The IT Specialist at the Central Fulfillment Center is responsible for all computer hardware and software support of the pharmacy fulfillment center. This involves working with vendor software applications as well as Albertsons. This specialist would be working directedly with both vendor and Albertsons technical teams to assist with updates, upgrades, troubleshooting, testing, and resolving computer issues, to ensure efficient use of the production line. The IT Specialist will also act as an IT liaison for any computer related tasks such as facilitating new associates in gaining access to the fulfillment software system or troubleshooting company laptop/desktops and printers at the site.

The position will be based in Ridgefield, WA. The shift arrangement is a day shift 08:00AM - 04:30PM Sunday-Thursday. A typical 40-hour workweek with occasional overtime is to be expected.
