Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Produce, shoot, and edit long-form and short-form video content for distribution across university websites, social media channels, videoboards, broadcast outlets, streaming platforms, and partner-facing content initiatives.
- Productions include coaches' shows, post-game highlights, behind-the-scenes feature stories, and student-athlete features.
- Collaborate with NIL and Fulfillment teams to create and execute content that supports brand initiatives, partnerships, and organizational goals.
- Work alongside partners to develop, capture, and deliver content assets while maintaining alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Contribute across all aspects of production, including shooting, editing, lighting, audio, and producing.
- Develop new creative projects and ideas from concept to completion.
- Assist with ongoing daily content and production needs.
- Lead and manage a temporary workforce both in the office and in the field during production shoots.
- Foster positive employee relations and teamwork by:
- Following and supporting Learfield policies and procedures.
- Communicating effectively with all operating units.
- Complying with all federal, state, and local regulations, laws, and ordinances in the performance of duties.
- Assisting with internal training and development programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field required; Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Two (2) or more years of relevant production experience at the collegiate or professional level.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing platforms.
- Ability to operate professional video, audio, lighting, and production equipment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, activation best practices, and emerging production technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop self and others through feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to travel occasionally and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by athletic schedules and production demands.
