About the Team We're looking for a passionate talent to join our Music Programming & Campaigns team in Seoul. If you're excited about music, curious about how campaigns come to life on digital platforms, and eager to learn from experienced teammates, this role is for you. You'll support the planning and execution of music campaigns for top artists, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end music programming and promotion campaigns—help define goals, understand target audiences, track success metrics, and assist with planning, launch, and post-campaign wrap-ups
- Contribute to campaign planning for global artists: assist with content programming, creative ideas, channel coordination, timelines, and resourcing, working alongside artist and label teams
- Collaborate with Artist Partnerships team to help translate partner goals into marketing plans and support execution across workstreams
- Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Data, Ops, Legal) to help keep campaigns on track—supporting timelines, flagging risks, and helping with decision-making
- Help maintain and improve campaign tools and templates (briefs, creative guidelines, launch checklists, reporting formats) to make our work more efficient and scalable
- Track campaign performance, help pull insights from data, and contribute to post-mortems and experiments with regional and global teams
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluency in Korean and business-level English proficiency required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - recent grads are welcome to apply
- 1-3 years of experience (internships included) in campaign coordination, music marketing, content operations, or related fields in media/entertainment/digital platforms
- Curious about the Korea music scene and how it connects with global audiences—eager to learn and grow your industry knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to coordinate across teams, manage independent tasks, flag issues early, and communicate clearly
- Resilient, hardworking, and detail driven, with a strong sense of ownership.
- To better understand music content and trend in APAC regions especially in the Chinese and Japanese markets, proficiency in Chinese and Japanese is also a plus.
