Responsabilities:
Collect and centralize all supporting information related to payroll (timesheets, sick leave, vacation leave, salary changes, positions, bonuses, etc.);
Record sick leave in accordance with current legislation, to submit within the legal deadlines in REGES; prepare and submit to the Cluj Health Insurance House the documentation for reimbursement of amounts from FNUASS;
Administer and manage personnel files, including individual employment contracts, related addenda, job descriptions, offer letter;
Manage and track meal vouchers, gift vouchers, and holiday vouchers, and distribute them to employees, preparing monthly analytical and consolidated reports;
Maintain electronic attendance records, calculate social insurance benefits, track personal deductions and withholdings, and continuously update this data;
Prepare warning notices and summons for disciplinary investigations;
Ensure that the Internal Regulation, Collective Labor Agreement, and other internal documents are kept up to date in accordance with current legislation;
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in payroll system Winmentor.
Certification of Human Resources Inspector (REVISAL/REGES)
