Job Description
— Onboard new clients, provide support in their launch process;
— Oversee and manage the existing client relationship and play an active role in developing and building long-term relationships;
— Provide consultancy to clients, help to optimize their campaigns;
— Discuss the key success factors and ensure the success of their PBM campaigns;
— Contribute to strategic input to the product and marketing team.
— +3 years of account management or customer success on US-EU markets
— Fluent English
— Great people skills, track record of being “the best friend” for past customers
— Understand of digital marketing, its vocabulary, and toolkit
— Ability to see the big picture, understand the key drivers of digitally-driven businesses and
how they relate to each other
— Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
