You will act as a key individual contributor within the Total Rewards function, partnering closely with compensation leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across GTM, Finance, and People teams. The position combines deep analytical work with strategic advisory responsibilities, ensuring compensation programs remain competitive, fair, and scalable. You will play a critical role in designing and operating core compensation cycles including merit, equity, and incentives. This is a highly data-driven environment where precision, systems thinking, and AI-enabled efficiency are central to success. The role also requires strong communication skills to translate complex compensation frameworks into clear, trusted guidance for business leaders.
