Overview The Creative Designer is responsible for creating and producing high-quality print (primary focus) and digital assets, ensuring technical accuracy, brand consistency, and production readiness. Responsibilities Design and produce print (70%) and digital (30%) assets. Prepare print-ready files (resolution, color, bleeds, dielines, specs). Perform QA/QC and technical validation of artwork. Manage high volumes of files with accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with creative, production, and external vendors. Troubleshoot production issues independently. Maintain file organization, version control, and templates. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, focused on print and prepress. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong knowledge of print production and file preparation. High attention to detail and ability to handle high workloads. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Additional information Experience working with print vendors and production workflows. Familiarity with tools like Figma or DAM systems.
