Job Description

To ensure that all products are cut and trimmed into specified weight and size according to product specification, in a manner which complies with company safety procedures, customer and USDA requirements. ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES   APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE: Leads 15:45-01:15 / PC 16:00-01:15 / Cutters 16:15-01:15 / Tub Wash 18:05- 03:00
