This is a foundational engineering role focused on building the customer data backbone that powers product, marketing, and growth decisions at scale. You will join a newly formed team responsible for designing and owning the systems that capture, structure, and deliver customer event data across the organization. The work spans instrumentation standards, event pipelines, identity resolution, attribution, and data governance, with a strong emphasis on consistency and reliability. You will help define the long-term architecture while also improving and stabilizing existing systems built incrementally across teams. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, analytics, marketing, and product, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration.
