About the Role
The Office Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the Sydney office operates smoothly, professionally, and efficiently. This position is suited to someone with solid experience who can run the office with minimal direction, anticipate needs, and confidently support senior stakeholders.
The role focuses on office operations, executive support, vendor management, and event logistics. You’ll be trusted to own the day-to-day details, manage competing priorities, and act as a reliable point of continuity for the site.
This is a part-time, on-site role, working Monday to Friday,10am–2:00pm (20 hours per week). The current office is Chatswood - we are looking at a potential re-location to the Sydney CBD.About the Role
