Senior Youth Worker with 1000 Hiring Bonus

As a Senior Youth Worker (facility based), you will provide support, basic needs, and encouragement to youth ages birth - 17 in an emergency crisis shelter or youth ages 16-24 experiencing homelessness. These 24/7 facilities have a variety of flexible shifts available ranging from 4 - 8 hours. During each shift, you will conduct intakes and support youth at the time of departure, assist with the provision of basic needs, and work with each child or youth to make a daily plan.

$1,000 hiring bonus! Overnight, evening and weekend shifts available! This exciting opportunity pays between $18.86-$22 per hour. For those covering critical shifts pay will be increased by $2.50 per hour!
