Associate Consultant-Financial Solutions

• Good knowledge in Insurance Accounting.
• Bachelors / Masters Degree preferably in Finance.
• At least 4-6 years of professional experience.
• Solid experience in data reconciliation, data analysis and data quality checks.
• Solid Stakeholder Management and Customer Facing skills.
• Good understanding of Insurance accounting processes and related systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams.
• Very high analytical skills.
• Good IT awareness and process life cycle knowledge.
• Independent and self-organized. High level of perseverance.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, MS Access, Word, PowerPoint.

• Analyse the data models and data harmonization logic.
• Involve in financial data analysis and end to end reconciliations between different financial systems.
• Support financial closing & production processes.
• Contribute in BAU units by providing analysis on the issues reported by the end user (e.g. Accounting, Planning and Actuarial departments).
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams and Agile Release Trains to improve processes, implement changes and leverage processes related to the finance systems.
• Take part on events cadenced by the SAFe Agile framework like stand-up meetings and SAFE Agile ceremonies.
