The Restaurant General Manager leads day-to-day operations of a high-end dining outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong team performance. This role is highly visible on the floor, fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and excellence while partnering closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and culinary leadership.
What You Will Do
Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional, personalized guest service
Maintain a visible presence in the restaurant, engaging with guests and resolving concerns promptly
Oversee daily operations, ensuring flawless execution of fine dining service standards
Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management
Partner with culinary and beverage teams to ensure product quality, menu execution, and guest satisfaction
Monitor and maintain restaurant facilities, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards
Support training, performance management, and team engagement initiatives
Contribute to a positive team culture that drives collaboration and high performance
What You Bring
2-3 years of previous experience in a line, supervisory, or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage
trong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire teams
Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest satisfaction
Solid understanding of food & beverage operations, including wine and beverage programs
Experience with cost control, labor management, and basic financial acumen
Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset
