Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Manufacturing Operator to join our team. In this role, you will help keep production running smoothly by operating and monitoring our equipment. If you enjoy working with machinery and take pride in doing quality work, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
• Set up and adjust machines for production runs
• Operate equipment following standard procedures
• Monitor processes to ensure quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot minor issues and report larger problems
• Follow all safety guidelines
What You Bring
• Comfortable working with tools and machinery
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic understanding of safety and quality practices
• Manufacturing experience is a plus (training provided)

Schedule
• Monday – Friday
• Day shift (weekends off)
