Job Description
- Service walk-in customers across all segments with professionalism and efficiency.
- Generate leads for New-To-Bank customers and cross-sell products such as Term Deposits (TD), Mutual Funds (MF), CASA, and Gold.
- Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance across all branch operations.
- Coordinate and support branch audits.
- Deliver service excellence to enhance customer retention and cross-sell opportunities.
- Authorize and verify entries made by inputer.
- Review end products and clear transactions of ₹10 lakhs and above.
- Act as vault/key custodian and ensure secure handling of branch assets.
