Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising Registered Nurse or physician
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members
Support infection prevention, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence
Qualifications
Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
