The role also involves advising on securities law, public company disclosure obligations, and corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance while enabling informed decision-making. Working closely with senior leadership, Finance, Investor Relations, and Corporate Development, you will act as a key legal partner in shaping strategy and execution. You will gain broad exposure to complex, cross-border matters within a global operating environment. This is a highly collaborative role where legal expertise is combined with commercial insight and business influence.
