Job Description
Role Responsibilities:-
Review notices from Agent Bank and process transactions quickly and accurately.
Follow procedures to ensure accuracy and reduce risk. Meet funding SLA, quality, and productivity targets.
Manage assigned deals and service needs.
Provide excellent service to business lines and stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with teams and escalate issues promptly for resolution.
Competencies:-
Attention to detail, Compliance and risk awareness, Operational discipline, Loan servicing and technical proficiency, Quality and control mindset and strong ability to follow procedures, Time and volume management, Prioritization and portfolio management. Strong organizational skills, Judgment in issue escalation, Ability to handle high pressure environments and, Ability to handle high-volume periods, Strong email etiquette engaging with external contacts.
Skills:-
Attention to detail, Analytical skills, Proficiency in computer & software literacy, Problem solving, Time management, communication, Data processing, Electronic file management, Organizational, Self-sufficiency, Quality and compliance awareness.
Non-Agent Deal Administration/Transaction Processing.
Responsible for daily transaction processing operations of non‑agent syndicated loan activity request provided by Agent banks.
Performs administrative and operational support while ensuring compliance with credit agreements, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Candidates from reputed global financial institutions.
Experience in Commercial/Syndicated Lending Operations.
Portfolio management exposure.
Strong client and Agent Bank interaction experience.
Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
Basic Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree.
0-2 yrs of relevant experience
