Research Specialist- School of Medicine, Biochemistry

The Bou-Nader lab is seeking a research specialist to support our structural biochemical work on RNA-binding proteins. The successful candidate will be in charge of over-expressing and purifying recombinant proteins from E Coli and performing mutagenesis to generate protein variants found in the clinic. These samples will then be used for biochemical assays to understand the functional consequences of these variants.
