Overview As a Senior Strategist, you’ll play a key role in developing smart, effective solutions and contributing to new business efforts

You’ll work closely with senior strategy leads, business management and creative teams to explore business challenges and identify opportunities for growth

The role blends day-to-day strategic delivery with building the skills and relationships that will define your growth as a strategist—leading strategy on key parts of a portfolio while supporting broader brand platforms and larger projects

- In this role, you will: Bring sharp strategic thinking to integrated campaigns and brand experiences, helping shape world-class creative work

Lead strategy on select streams of work with autonomy, while supporting broader brand platforms and larger projects across the portfolio

Build trusted relationships by delivering thoughtful, results-oriented strategy that supports brand and business growth

Craft clear, compelling brand, communications and channel strategies across digital, traditional and experiential touchpoints

Synthesise research, data and cultural insight into clear strategic direction, inspiring briefs and strong narratives

Collaborate closely with creative and business management teams, contributing to workshops, presentations and new business when needed

- We’re keen to meet people who bring many of the following: Proven experience in a strategy role within a creative agency or consultancy environment

Strong foundations in brand, creative and communications strategy, with experience across integrated campaigns

Excellent craft in insight development, brief writing, storytelling and presentation, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders

Experience interpreting research and data (quant, social, behavioural, brand or performance) and turning it into clear strategic direction

A naturally curious, proactive working style—comfortable challenging briefs, contributing ideas and shaping strategic thinking

Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team
