Marketing Campaign Specialist – GDS Marketing | Aven Hospitality

Job Description

At Aven Hospitality we are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on the execution and delivery of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring accuracy, quality, and client satisfaction across Aven’s hospitality accounts.

 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.

· Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to gather creative assets and offer details, ensuring accurate and timely campaign implementation.

· Manage the daily execution of advertising production, including ad uploads and inventory coordination.

· Perform quality control checks on campaign setups and make necessary updates to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines.

· Monitor campaign uploads to ensure timely delivery and proper functionality.

· Support the setup of campaign performance reporting.

· Maintain ongoing collaboration with advertisers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of issues.

· Utilize approved templates and tools to implement campaign creatives.

· Contribute to the shared management of the team’s functional email inbox.

· Provide coverage for team members during absences (e.g., vacation, sick leave).

· Regular in-office collaboration with the team is expected in this role.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

· Background in Customer Service, Advertising Campaign Management, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

· Experience in hospitality and/or digital media is a plus.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on maintaining positive client relationships.

· Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.

· Proactive approach to work, including strong ownership, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to following processes and guidelines.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment.

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

· Strong decision-making skills with a customer-focused mindset.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms and Google tools is a plus.

· Familiarity with integrating AI tools into day-to-day tasks and workflows is considered a plus.
