Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY –

CLIENT has just implemented ServiceNow as our new incident management system used by our service desk. There are multiple enhancements and support projects related to the implementation and customizing the solution to best serve our needs.


Reason for contingent headcount?

Service-Now implementation has been rolled out to other Client Affiliates and snow-balling into many areas of the business. We have a long term need for ongoing development, customization, enhancement and upgrade projects as we grow the team.


What is the project(s) name?

SNOW (stands for Service-Now)


What are the key objectives for this resource (project summary)?

To support ongoing customization and development of the platform to meet our business and process needs.


What specific departments will they interact with?

Service Management, Technology Services.


How long is this project (please be specific)?

6 months initially with a very high possibility of extension


What phase is the project currently in?

Phase 3 of the implementation. We went through the initial implementation (97 Days) and an upgrade.


Must Haves:

•Experience building Forms, Workflows, etc.

•Strong background in Javascript development

•Experience with multiple CMS tools helpful (Jelli, Glide)

•Needs to be a "Doer”, hands-on developer in recent roles

•Not customer facing, all about execution

•Opportunity for telecommuting if proven to be strong resource
