AI Server Platform Systems Lead

We design and develop electronic and electro-mechanical or systems-orientated products, conduct feasibility studies on engineering proposals and prepare installation, operation and maintenance specifications and instructions. What you’ll achieve
As an AI Server Platform Systems Lead, you will design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and prepare studies and analyses of existing systems.
You will:
- Lead system-level design and integration for AI server platforms, with strong focus on electrical architecture
- Define and drive system interfaces across hardware components (power, signal, board-level design, etc.)
- Debug and resolve complex system issues across electrical, firmware, and platform layers
- Develop validation strategies, including electrical and system-level testing. Design test plans, diagnostics programs, and validation infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EE, FW, BIOS, system architecture) to ensure product quality and performance

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in EE / hardware design / platform engineering
- Experience in system integration, validation, or debugging at platform level
- Ability to root-cause complex issues across system layers
- Fluent English
Desirable Requirements: Experience in server / AI / HPC platforms
