Job Description

Pay: $53,515 annually

Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, 

Monday and Tuesday 1pm-10pm
Wednesday 3p-12pm
Thursday 4p-1am
Friday and Saturday OFF
Sunday 7am-4pm

Job responsibilities: Directly supervises senior residential advisors, and residential advisors. Responsible for the management of assigned residential living dorms, which include a safe and homelike atmosphere, dormitory and maintenance, social skills, dorm culture, and student leadership.

Essential functions: 

  1. Plan, coordinate and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of assigned dorms.
  2. Review and approve all budgetary expenditures for assigned dorms; provide property control and facilities management for assigned dorms; manage dorm incentive program for assigned dorms
  3. Provide staff training, evaluate staff performance, administer staff discipline, and implement departmental changes as approved by the director, social development & student services
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of new and revised policies, procedures, and programs affecting residential living; participate in on-going residential living self-assessments

Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • Associates degree and 2 years related experience working with youth, 2 of which should be in a supervisory capacity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required
  • Valid Utah driver's license with an acceptable driving record
