Patient Liaison (Bilingual in Spanish)

We are seeking a bilingual Patient Liaison. This role is responsible for facilitating communication between clinicians and patients and obtaining necessary data from patients to best allow clinicians to provide excellent clinical care. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. This role will be based at the Westchester, IL corporate office and will require travel to our Chicago clinic one day a week. The position works Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.
