Position Summary
The HR Coordinator will support the Human Resources department with onboarding, orientation, employee relations support, HR administration, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for employees and leadership while helping ensure HR processes are organized, compliant, and aligned with Redi Services' mission and values.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding activities, new hire paperwork, orientation, and employee file management
- Assist with recruiting activities including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and pre-employment processes including all new hire testing.
- Support employee relations by responding to employee questions and directing concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and compliance documentation
- Support payroll-related administrative functions and employee updates
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance tracking
- Coordinate employee recognition and engagement initiatives
- Help maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR needs

Qualifications
Required:
• 2+ years of Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative, or related experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll systems
• Intensive onboarding and orientation experience
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices
