Our Perioperative Services Department provides the majority of surgical care for Cochise County, supporting a wide range of specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, urology, gynecology, podiatry, spine, vascular, and endoscopy. We are proud to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the surgical continuum.

This is a dynamic and rewarding environment that offers meaningful work, strong teamwork, and ongoing opportunities for learning and professional growth. Our team is highly collaborative, with a shared focus on safety, efficiency, and excellent patient outcomes. Perioperative Services is a great place to work, with schedules that are generally Monday through Friday, consisting of four 10-hour shifts. Some call coverage is required to support after-hours and urgent patient needs. The pace can be fast and at times demanding, but it is also highly fulfilling for those who enjoy hands-on care and being part of a dedicated surgical team. On-Call Required.
