You as part of tonies:
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Collaborative KPI & Performance Management: Coordinate with department leads to co-define and align Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will ensure that metrics across the ServiceDesk, Workplace, and Application teams are consistent, transparent, and roll up into a unified view for CIO leadership.
- Framework Orientation (ITIL/ISO 27001): Use global frameworks as a "North Star" to help teams mature their processes. You will provide the structure and guidance needed to adopt these standards at a pace that fits our business culture.
- Integrated Policy Governance: Partner with the Manager Digital Trust & Security to maintain a cohesive library of IT policies. You ensure these policies are not just "on paper" but are practical and understood across our global locations.
- Risk Coordination Support: Facilitate the maintenance of the central IT Risk Register. You will help the technical experts translate security vulnerabilities into business risks that the Head of IT Strategy & Governance can prioritize.
- Process Maturation & Facilitation: Support the ServiceDesk and Application teams in identifying bottlenecks. You act as a consultant to help them refine their workflows in alignment with ITIL best practices without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
- Audit & Compliance Readiness: Perform regular "health checks" on our governance processes to ensure we are prepared for external audits and are meeting our internal quality standards.
What we are looking for:
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to take raw operational data and turn it into meaningful reports and "governance-as-a-service" for other IT departments.
- Methodological Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL (Service Management) and ISO 27001 (Information Security); you understand how to apply these frameworks pragmatically in a medium-sized, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative Spirit: A "lateral leadership" style – you can influence colleagues to follow processes and improve documentation through coaching rather than just policing.
- Strategic Support: Experience translating technical or procedural gaps into business-centric insights for leadership.
- Communication: Professional fluency in English and German to coordinate between global offices and local stakeholders.
