Job Description Summary
This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week, averaging 12 days per month, in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.The Operations Consultant in our Advisor Transitions dept drives continuous improvement across advisor onboarding operations by analyzing, designing, and optimizing end-to-end processes. This role partners with cross-functional teams, including Recruiting, PCG (Private Client Group), Registrations, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Risk, to improve efficiency, reduce risk, enhance advisor experience, and ensure scalable processes in a rapidly changing environment.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Analyze current onboarding workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement streamlined, scalable solutions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and partners including Recruiting, PCG, Registrations, Marketing, etc. to align processes and remove friction points
- Change Management: Lead and support process and structural changes, ensuring smooth adoption across large, matrixed teams
- Risk & Compliance Alignment: Ensure all processes meet regulatory and firm requirements while maintaining efficiency
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage metrics, KPIs, and reporting to evaluate process effectiveness and guide improvements
- Standardization & Documentation: Develop SOPs, playbooks, and process maps to ensure consistency and clarity across partner groups
- Continuous Improvement Culture: Promote Lean/Six Sigma or similar methodologies to embed ongoing improvement
- Advisor Experience Focus: Enhance onboarding experience to create better structure, accountability and increase satisfaction

- FINRA SIE and Series 99 - Not required, but highly preferred.
