Role Description
The Phoenix Lead Teacher Fellow will be responsible for starting a new Flourish microschool in Phoenix! The Fellowship is designed as a part-time (10 hour per week ramping up during student enrollment season). We work with fellows individually to develop their skill as a microschool leader and parent engagement pro. We support Fellows with resources for recruiting and site development, and work hand in hand to open your new school in the Fall.
Qualifications
Strong demonstration of classroom leadership.
Experience or enthusiasm for parent engagement.
An entrepreneurial attitude - it's hard work to create a new school from nothing, but this could be a great step in your career.
