Job Description
Assist in developing brand plan to achieve business objectives:
- Support the development of short and medium term marketing plans ensuring that business objectives are met or exceeded.
- Responsible for brand strategy, marketing activities, KOL engagement and budget management.
- Monitor the local competitive environment to identify business threats and opportunities and provide inputs to the development of business strategies / plans to address them.
- Development and execution of marketing activities to ensure meeting brand objectives with clear plans, objectives, goals and KPIs for own projects.
- Develop promotion materials to support marketing strategies.
- Maintain and update brand information and knowledge.
- Independently manage budgets of responsible marketing projects to ensure effectively meet business strategies and objectives.
Lead the conversation with different stakeholders to achieve brand objectives:
- Develop good communication with sales department to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategy and key programs.
- Provide ad-hoc support to sales organisation in fulfilling brand objectives.
- Establish good relationship with other functions and to ensure strong communication and collaboration.
- Actively and openly contribute to the extra and inter-team collaboration to improve business performance and coordinate collaboration between different stakeholders
- Understand key customers’ needs, maintain and establish good relationship with national opinion leaders and key customers.
