We host everything from intimate private dinners to large-scale international events, and we take pride in delivering each one with the same attention to detail and warmth. We are looking for a Groups, Meetings & Events Coordinator who is organised, client-focused and thrives in a varied, fast-moving role.
What you'll do
As Groups, Meetings & Events Coordinator you are the central point of contact for group bookings and events, from the first enquiry through to final billing. You work closely with clients to understand what they need, translate that into detailed proposals and contracts, and coordinate with all relevant departments to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.
You conduct site inspections, manage all communication and maintain accurate records throughout the process. You keep a close eye on logistics, follow up proactively and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You stay informed about industry trends and use that knowledge to keep improving the way we work.
