We are continually searching for the best talent; individuals who possess a deep commitment to the customers and markets we serve. We are currently seeking an experienced Bilingual - Business Solutions Specialist to join our Montreal, Quebec office.

As a Bilingual - Business Solutions Specialist, you will be a point of contact for management/executive level external customers to ensure positive customer experience and satisfaction. You will be responsible for fostering and maintain positive customer relationships via assessing and fulfilling customer initiatives, requests, and implementations. You will work directly with Business Development Directors and FCT internal departments to pursue new business opportunities and identify additional revenue sources within existing client relationships. In this customer centric role, you will need to be self-motivated, able to learn quickly, take initiative and work independently while maintaining excellent time management skills, prioritization skills, and interface effectively with cross functional teams with both internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Manager - Business Solutions, out of London, Ontario, in this exciting opportunity, you will undertake the following:

  • Relationship Management - Ensuring positive customer experiences and satisfaction. This is accomplished by providing support, information, and guidance about our products, services, and industry or specific to supporting existing business with customers. This includes but not limited to; acting as the first point of engagement or escalation for management/executive level external customers, participating in sales meetings, facilitating platform and process training sessions, reviewing and coordinating client program changes, requests, and enhancements, handling dispute resolution, Etc.
  • Bilingual Support – Work directly with internal departments, external francophone customers, vendors, and business partners to provide bilingual support in order to execute initiatives, requests, and assessments. This would include but not limited to; operational audits, vendor/business partner onboarding, training sessions, relationship management, Etc.
  • Recognize and Seek New Business opportunities - Work directly with the Business Development team and other FCT teams to pursue new business opportunities and identify additional revenue sources within existing client relationships. A Business Solutions Specialist will need to analyze current deals with clients, assess their organizational needs, recognize areas needing improvement, and suggest new FCT services whenever possible.
  • “Know Your Customer” - Understand client’s internal processes, identify gaps and assist in the development of new solutions while identifying potential new revenue opportunities. The “Know Your Customer” aspect of this position is integral to the success of new business opportunities/implementations and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate Assessments of or for FCTDS – Facilitates the intake, review, internal coordination, execution, communication and resolution of customer and vendor audits and assessments.
  • Performs All Necessary Training - Provides training for products and services to new and existing clients, business partners and third party vendors using various methods (i.e. onsite, webinar, teleconference etc.). May also involve providing demonstrations of FCT-DS products/offering/services for new and potential clients during business development opportunities

 

 

Total Direct Compensation:

81,600 - 99,800

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
