Superintendent II (Tampa, FL) - Austin Commercial

The superintendent (referred to as superintendent hereafter) and project manager (referred to as PM hereafter) positions are considered of equal authority on a project, work in tandem and parallel, have overlapping responsibilities, are intended to complement each other in various operational responsibilities on the project, and have shared bottom­ line accountability. The purpose of this job is to provide overall direction and control of the day-to-day field construction activities on assigned job site. Depending on the size of the project, this position may either lead a project or oversee a designated portion of a larger project.
