
Dishwasher/Kitchen Steward (Heirloom Restaurant)/Seasonal Employment
Job Description
Clean and restock dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils by hand or using a dishwasher. Assist other kitchen staff as directed. No prior restaurant experience required. Minor-friendly position; candidates must be at least 16 years of age or older. The Heirloom Restaurant is our flagship restaurant, featuring formal dining and lakeside comfort in the dining room of the historic Athenaeum Hotel. Seasonal employment (summer).
