SFMC experience/expertise is a must-have
Having Knowledge of other platforms (WebEngage, MoEngage, and Adobe) is a plus
Proven experience in campaign performance optimization Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, decision making, organizational, and time management skills with an emphasis on high attention to detail
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong ability to understand business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Mandatory Skills Email Marketing and marketing automation Experience An in-depth understanding of all relevant SFMC modules including Email Studio, Web Studio, Analytics Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder
Gathering campaign
, timelines and finalizing briefing Coordinate with cross functional team to drive email development
Managing the creative process if required Analyse provided html assets and revise where necessary
Campaign configuration Audience creation, DE management, and data troubleshooting Quality Assurance and testing of campaign
Campaign performance tracking & reporting Relational database concepts, with exposure to SQL query development Knowledge AMP Script HTML and CSS exposure Knowledge on Landing page Development Basic knowledge on REST & SOAP API will be a plus.
