Home Based with Regular Travel to Hovis Sites - Due to site locations and travel times, we will be prioritising applications around the Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Nottingham)

We're looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to take ownership of recruitment across a portfolio of manufacturing sites.

This is a hands-on recruitment role where you'll partner directly with Site Leadership Teams, HR and Hiring Managers to attract and hire great talent across engineering, manufacturing and operational functions.

You'll have the freedom to manage your own vacancies, build talent pipelines and influence hiring decisions while becoming a trusted recruitment partner to the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment primarily across engineering and manufacturing but you will support the whole Hovis estate!
• Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates for hard to fill vacancies
• Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Partnering with Site Leadership Teams and Hiring Managers to understand workforce plans
• Advising stakeholders on market conditions, candidate availability and recruitment strategies
• Conducting screening interviews and managing candidates through the recruitment process
• Creating compelling job adverts and attraction campaigns
• Managing recruitment data, reporting and ATS activity
• Supporting hiring managers to make effective recruitment decisions

What We're Looking For

• Strong recruitment experience, either agency, in-house or a combination of both
• Proven sourcing and headhunting capability
• Experience recruiting engineering and manufacturing talent
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Strong commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset
• Comfortable challenging hiring managers when needed
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and ATS platforms
