Do
- Process and SLAs management
- Carry out the assigned transactions by adhering to the internal guidelines and checklist.
- Adhere to the internal turn-around time for completing various transactions under the global compensation and organization management tower.
- Carry out accurate transactions pertaining to compensation structure, administration of benefits, generation of bonafide letters, calculation of QPLI and generation of confirmation letters.
- Review and analyze the errors made in transactions processing and identify areas that require further knowledge and skill building.
- Participate in calendarized plan to keep self-updated on the changes in policies, processes, guidelines and checklist in Wipro.
- Share knowledge with the team to ensure the team is updated on the local regulations and internal Wipro guidelines impacting their process on compensation and organization management.
- Take corrective and preventive actions on the errors committed by self in the process.
- Adhere to mechanisms like maker and checker to identify errors in the payroll inputs process to minimize the errors.
- Adopt automation technologies introduced in the process to minimize errors and enhance efficiency.
