Altea is not another big box gym. It's not a boutique studio. It's something the Canadian fitness industry hasn't seen before and the boutique fitness program is one of the most visible reasons why. Members plan their week around the classes inside Altea. The formats, the instructors, the energy in the studio. They are a core part of why people join, why they stay, and why they bring people they care about. The Boutique Fitness Manager is the person who makes all of that excellent and keeps it that way. This is a role for someone who has been excellent at building fitness programs and developing instructors and who is ready to do it inside a club that gives them the infrastructure, the support, and the member community to do it at a level they have not had access to before
