What You will Do:
The engagement involves a utility customer’s ADMS/DERMS integration pilot and R&D initiative utilizing a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) lab environment. The objective of the project is to simulate and validate ADMS and DERMS integration use cases using both simulated and near real time distribution models before transitioning to full scale production deployment.

 

As part of this engagement, our responsibilities include:

  • Setting up the complete ADMS/DERMS environment
  • Installation and configuration of the required software platforms
  • Modeling both simulated and real utility distribution systems
  • Supporting integration between ADMS and DERMS platforms
  • Executing and validating utility use cases within the HIL environment
  • Working closely with the customer’s R&D and engineering teams to ensure successful pilot execution

 

The project requires a highly experienced Power System Engineer and a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in:

  • Utility distribution system modeling
  • ADMS and DERMS platforms
  • GE ADMS / GE modeling tools
  • Utility integration and simulation environments
  • DERMS use case implementation and validation
