Summary of the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our Finance Service Center team in Warsaw. In this role, you will ensure accurate processing of invoices and payments for Incentives, Marketing Funds, and Claims across European and African regions. You will work in SAP, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain compliance with accounting standards while supporting smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Check correctness of documents to ensure compliance with accounting and internal standards.
- Post invoices accurately in SAP for Incentive, Marketing Funds, and Claims transactions for European and African regions.
- Prepare payment proposals and execute payment runs in SAP.
- Perform self-dependently operational and reporting activities for Amadeus products and services
- Closely work together with other colleagues across OTC departments (contract fulfillment and billing)
- Be a business partner for our internal departments, our management and customers, providing support and advise for all related topics
- Implement new ideas and optimize the process
About the ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years' work experience in a finance position
- English as company official language.
- Responsive and adaptable to changing work priorities to meet required deadlines
- Drive for improvements
- Highly self-motivated and independent.
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of SAP
