Shape the Future of Energy and Sustainability in Heavy Industry
Are you passionate about energy regulation, sustainability, and the energy transition?
At Heidelberg Materials, we're looking for a Energy Market Expert to shape our energy future in the Benelux. In this strategic role, you'll turn complex energy regulations into business opportunities, drive renewable energy initiatives, and support our transition to a low-carbon future.
Working closely with local teams and our international Energy Procurement Team, you'll lead impactful projects such as PPAs, renewable energy solutions, and energy flexibility initiatives—helping optimize costs, strengthen competitiveness, and accelerate our decarbonization ambitions.
Your Impact:
Energy Regulation & Competitiveness
Monitor energy regulations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and represent Heidelberg Materials with key industry stakeholders.
Energy Transition & Sustainability
Lead renewable energy and decarbonization projects that enhance competitiveness and support our sustainability goals.
Operational Energy Support
Partner with production sites and cross-functional teams to optimize energy performance and deliver strategic energy solutions.
