In-Room Dining Dispatcher & Cashier - Dollywood's HeartSong Lodge & Resort - Full Time Year Round

The In-Room Dining Dispatcher & Cashier will provide an excellent guest experience through proper steps of service and maintain a great work environment for our fellow hosts and vendors. This role will properly take all guests’ In Room Dining orders, communicate them to other servers and work to expedite their service. Other responsibilities include to properly perform all control and revenue related paperwork. This will all be done in a manner consistent with the mission, values and operating philosophies and standards of the Dollywood Company.
