This role is to support the social media marketing and community management, driving audience engagement, assisting content planning and insight reports to strengthen brand presence across different social media platforms. #LI-SH1 Responsibilities Community management (LinkedIn / X / Facebook / Tiktok / Instagram / YouTube) Act as the primary voice of our clients and foster a positive and informed community across all the mentioned channels; Implement community management strategies to moderate discussions, answer questions and gather valuable feedbacks; Actively monitor voices related to the client on the mentioned social media platforms, identify and map relevant online communities, influencers and gather quality leads; Content & narrative development Work closely with the planning team and creative team to develop quality content based on social media trends and community feedback; Manage the content calendar for some social media channels to ensure a consistent flow of messaging that aligns with client’s tone of voice. Analytics & reporting Track, analyze and report key communities and social metrics Use data driven insights to continuous optimize the brand’s social media presence and campaign performance Generate reports on community insights that inspire social media content and advice to activate the community Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related roles Good understanding of major platforms: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and always stay up to the latest trends Familiar with social listening tools like Meltwater, Sprout Social, Emplifi, or similar tools; skilled in leveraging these tools for community management, data analytics and campaign reporting. Proficient in Microsoft office suite (proven proficiency of Excel will be a big plus) Proficient in English & Chinese, both oral and written Strong project management and team management skills Highly detail-minded and organized, agile and with a problem-solving mindset Able to deal with tight timeline
